A boutique northern Greek estate named for the soil. Four wines: Malagouzia, Assyrtiko, rosé, and Refosco.

In the village of Adam near Ancient Kalindoia, northern Greece, the name comes from Adamah, soil. Estate fruit only; some years they simply do not bottle.

A small SMOE member estate: aromatic white, Assyrtiko, a food-friendly rosé, and a structured red, all in small batches.

For Japan, with the producer’s confirmation, we begin with four wines: Malagouzia, Assyrtiko, Mare, and Refosco.
